Then a therapeutic massage might be just right for you. During this treatment an assessment will be performed, and your treatment will be tailored to fit your needs. It may include some or all of the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Trigger point work, Swedish relaxation strokes, or Shiatsu to name a few. Each treatment is individualized to give you the greatest benefit.

Hot Stone Massage - Come relax and enjoy the benefits of a hot stone massage. Smooth volcanic basalt stones are warmed and used during the massage as an extension of the therapist's hands. You will feel like a new person after this treatment.

Bodywork

Reiki - A Japanese healing technique in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body. An excellent approach for stress reduction and relaxation. You are fully clothed while the treatment is being performed. A Reiki treatment is different for everyone and can be a very spiritual experience or all around extremely relaxing. Either way the healing benefits are achieved for the greatest good for you.
